Cancellation Terms

If you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment, the deposit may be refunded. Late cancellations may be non-refundable.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are credited back to the original card through iyzico within 7–10 business days.

Currency

Refunds are processed in the same payment currency, which is TRY.
